The Sanitary District Staff are on call and prepared to respond to sewer related emergencies every day of the year, 24 hours a day. If you are experiencing a sewer spill, overflow, or sewer backup, please call our Emergency Line at: (805) 881-2024

The office is closed on the following District Holidays:

• January 1st -- New Year's Day
• Third Monday in January – Martin Luther King Jr.  Day
• Third Monday in February -- Presidents' Day
• Last Monday in May -- Memorial Day
• July 4th -- Independence Day
• First Monday in September -- Labor Day
• November 11th -- Veteran's Day
• Fourth Thursday in November -- Thanksgiving Day
• Fourth Friday in November -- Day after Thanksgiving Day
• December 25th -- Christmas Day
